Applying via Supreme Court Case

If you fall under the "1948 Rule," then applying through the Italian Supreme Court is the only option.

Note that you can only apply through the Supreme Court if you have no other ancestor path, or if you can prove that your other ancestor paths are unviable (due to naturalization, etc.)
